In 2005,Shouguang Ruikang refined chemical co.,ltd was established as a jv by shouguang yongkang chemical and qiba in switzerland,and its registration capital was usd6,600,000 dallors.it covered 150mu,had 210 staffs and possessed of cny140,000,000.in 2006,the income of selling had achieved cny 64,000,000 , and 190,000 of the tax. the total profit was cny 12,220,000 and the profit of export was 791,000 dallors
Its total investment amount is 16.5million dollars, in which 51% share controlled by Chinese part, 49% by foreign part. The high auto equipment in the company absolutely meets to the Ciba company standard of arts and technologies, equipment maintenance, safety management, and the high leveled experts from Ciba company gave their high praise to Ruikang Specialty. Its main products are ODB, EGTE, PB2C, PB1C, B-15 for thermal dyes. They not only filled the national blank, but also owned its own independent intellectual property. They are broadly applied in fax paper, invoice, boarding check etc. of top grade paper field with great marketing capacity and prosperous future.
At present its annual output of ODB 1600 ton, PB1C300 ton, and they are both wholly exported.
